At Bishopdale Hearing, we understand everyone has individual needs when it comes to servicing their devices. While some people are confident they can easily clean and service their hearing aids at home, others may prefer to have regular professional aftercare.
That’s why we created our Warrant of Otological Fitness (WOOF) Packages. We keep our hearing aid prices fair, and our packages give you complete control over which maintenance services you receive. Think of this like an extended warranty.
Our WOOF Packages
Our one-of-a-kind WOOF Packages (yes, we love dogs) help ensure you continue to get the most out of your hearing aids.
All four of our WOOF Packages include a comprehensive and customised device fitting, real-ear measurements and a two-month trial period, no matter which hearing aids you have purchased.
Great Dane Package
+$1000
This package includes:
A personalised 12-week Auditory Training programme to improve hearing aid outcomes
In-house servicing over the life-span of the hearing devices*
Hearing aids are able to give us access to sound, however they can’t guarantee that our brain can process the information correctly. Auditory Training can help improve hearing in background noise, and teach us to understand speech sounds more clearly.
The Auditory Training programme on its own (without a hearing aid purchase) is worth $2200. For more information about Auditory Training and why you would benefit from this, please see our Auditory Processing and Therapy page.
This package also covers all filter/dome/tubing changes, which are normally charged at $10 per hearing aid for people without the package.

Golden Retriever Package

This package includes:
- Unlimited appointments of any type over the life-span of the hearing devices*
- In-house servicing over the life-span of the devices*
- One new set of ear-moulds over the life-span of the devices*
Over the span of six years, the cost of hearing aid repairs, consumables, moulds and appointments can total up to $1500.
The Golden Retriever Package is perfect for someone who may need extra help adjusting to the devices, has really waxy ears, or for someone who may struggle to manage/clean the devices themself.
This package covers all filter/dome/tubing changes, which are normally charged at $10 per hearing aid for people without the package.

Springer Spaniel Package

This package includes:
- Unlimited earwax removal appointments over the life-span of the hearing devices*
- In-house servicing over the life-span of the devices*
The Springer Spaniel Package is perfect for someone who is a superb wax-producer, and may need to keep their ears dry and in optimal condition to keep the hearing devices working perfectly. Clean and healthy ears can reduce the amount of hearing aid repairs due to moisture.
This package covers all filter/dome/tubing changes, which are normally charged at $10 per hearing aid for people without the package.

Chihuahua Package

This package includes:
- In-house servicing over the life-span of the devices*
The Chihuahua Package is perfect for someone who is unable to manage the hearing aid cleaning or repairs by themselves, usually due to dexterity or vision issues. This package covers all filter/dome/tubing changes, which are normally charged at $10 per hearing aid for people without the package.
